It might be easy for a user to do on her own. A user could flag some
tags with signifance. When posting, the common suggested tags could
appear as they do now, and along the side (the right pane instead of
left?) tags marked as significant by the user could be listed.
clicking on them adds them to the post. (mine would be to.read, to.do,
and some other tags I think about as "meta tags" but not bundles)

speaking of tag bundles, I'd like a poster than can detect new tags
I've just added and present my list of bundles so that I can easily
click to toss the new tags into a bundle. I don't have a nice usable
sketch of how this would look yet, but I've been thinking about it.
