Have you tried deleting your Yojimbo item from the keychain and
recreating it? When I have 'strange' problems (in any app) with
passwords stored in the keychain I always delete the keychain
item and start again. That fixes it 90% of the time.
There are various reasons for that, but I generally find it
easier to recreate the item rather than troubleshoot the exact
cause. Eg. you may upgraded Yojimbo and then when prompted to
allow the new version of Yojimbo to access the keychain item it
may have been declined.
