I plan joomla for the german site too, we can integrate the wiki,
bugtracker and many other stuff without much trouble. exsisting Forums
are not easy to integrate in Joomla but a new board is easy as the
other stuff. We can do a shop too!
A international site with more than one Language is my dream for
yoper, with one or two admins per language. a internet team with five
admins and a lot of aktive mebers for the information thats published.
The national domains like yoper.de can be used for commercial things
like support, helpdesk or other stuff.
btw have we the domain yoper.org? thats a good adress for the site.
