Well I wasn't expecting that!
When I first took over Yoshimi, just after I'd got confirmed access to the
repository on sourceforge, I remember just sitting there thinking "Now what?"

It seems I'm in the same position again, so I'll do what seemed to work last
time and just get on with it :)

I'll do the best I can for Yoshimi. I *hope* that won't upset anyone, but that
was always my priority.

First off, if you, Hermann, can get a decent testing system in place, it would
definitely be the greatest benefit of all, so please do so as soon as you can.
I don't think it will actually cross with any other work, but would certainly
prove the validity or otherwise. Up till now, I've been using various projects I
know in great detail as tests for both sound and DSP performance - not terribly
scientific!

Second, Kristian, how far do you think you've got with the BPM work, and how
much impact do you think the refactoring Rainer suggests would have? Is there a
point you'd like to stop and take a breather?

Rainer, would you mind waiting for a while, particularly so we can get some
testing in place? In the long run I think this would enable us to confidently
get results faster.

For me, I've found another bug, but it is related to importing a corrupt Scala
file, so pretty low priority, and not likely to affect anyone else at all.
