While none were serious I've gone through and resolved them. I learned in the
past that if you get too many warnings flashing past, you can easily miss just
the *one* that indicates a possible problem :(
To that end, I've added an option to suppress deprecation warnings as well.

I've also added a (commented out) option to compile with Clang - If your
default compiler is GCC it seems to work correctly without needing anything
else.

I've had a very brief look at Docker, but won't get involved with it. I'm
already finding hard to keep up with what we've got :(
