That is true, Docker has quite some learning curve.
What I wanted to imply is rather that someone familiar with Docker and
relevant tooling (like myself) can pull that off with minimal effort.
Thus, today it is *not* necessary any more to go through all the pains
of installing a distribution (be it on hardware or a virtual machine)
and maintaining and upgrading it, just for the mere purpose of running
a test build on some platform.
