Hi Bill,
Thank You very much for your reply! >> Until now i'm searching "desperately" for a forward rule which causes to >> prompt/ask if forward or not an e-mail if a specific mail address doesn't >> show in the CC-field. > It's possible to create a rule to do this for *all* messages that meet your > criteria but to offer you the option of whether or not to forward would > require an AppleScript. Shouldn't be difficult to write. Eehm... i should be able to agree, but actually i don't have either the knowledge nor time enough to play around with that, so i really appreciate any help! > > Would the forward address always be the same or are you simply looking to > open the message and have it ready to be forwarded? Yes, exactly - always the same address. Reason is that my superiors don't trust that much in eternal reliability/accessibility/compatibility of electronic e-mail backups ;-) So every e-mail received has to be forwarded to a specific address to be later printed out for traditional paperful storage... uuuhh! But checking every e-mail manually if... then... is annoying and time consuming, on the other hand i don't want my (few, but private) private e-mails to be forwarded automatically. Thanks again and in advance for your help! With best regards from Lake Constance, S.
