We are using Exchange 2003 and either Office 2003 or Office Mac 2008 depending on the client machine.
The Macs are running OSX 10.5.6 and Entourage 12.1.5 Some of our users have multiple email addresses on our exchange server. Outlook will only support a single connection to Exchange. To handle multiple email addresses, we setup delegate rights and mailbox permissions for the primary account to access the secondary account(s) and then simply have outlook open all of the additional mailboxes. Entourage seems to allow multiple accounts to directly connect to Exchange. However, we are having problems getting a second account to work. Will it really support multiple account connections? Is there a limit? Can multiple accounts be setup using delegate rights and mailbox permissions like Outlook? Is one manner superior to another?
