Yes we are using Active Directory and each account has its own user account.
Based on your reply, I will continue to dig into the second account for differences. Additional testing has revealed that shutting off the account that was working within Entourage does not make the second account work. So it has to be an as yet undiscovered difference in account setup rather than an undocumented limit in Entourage. THANKS!!
