Open Keychain Access application in Applications/Utilities folder. Run Keychain First Aid. It's in the Keychain menu under Keychain Access. This might fix the problem, if not, delete the entry for that account in the Keychain. Go to Entourage, select 'Accounts' from the Tools menu, choose the account that was giving you trouble and delete that account (not just the info the account). You should now be able to create a new account and enter the correct information. Type carefully. If you paste don't include spaces.
