Running the Keychain First Aid did not work.  It started again
this morning nagging me the about the password.

Footnote: Should the Keychain Access be locked or unlocked
after doing a repair?

It must have been an Entourage issue as I had to do what you suggested to
create a new account and delete the old one with the same information.

I have been able to send a few test messages. I hope this one works

A very common Entourage problem or ATT/Yahoo problem?
