In addition to this, you might try just holding down shift when starting
Entourage. I was getting a persistent crash, but the shift-start trick
seems to have stabilized the program considerably.
Disclaimer: I don't know what the shift-start thing does, or why this would
work, but it did work for me and it is relatively painless to try, so why
not give it a shot?
