If there is something wrong I don't want Entourage trying to download mail at the same time. If I want it immediately, I can use the shortcut command-K to send & receive all. Other wise it will download at the next schedule. Open Schedules under Tools in the Menu bar. Look for "At startup" in the Send & Receive all schedule. You might want to change it to Repeating Schedule ever 10 minutes. I don't recommend trying to use every 2 minutes.
