Thank you Diane ;-) I have had the HD recently replaced and reinstalled all my software (very long and painful) RAM has been checked by Apple repair shop, TechTool Pro and Disk Warrior (all report fine)
Only thing left is logic board LOL 240 bloating to 290 sounds small but is is a 20% jump ;-( Previously my DataBase had been about 750mb and when I did a total recreated of my Main Identity (brand new with rge back up and import) all done on a different machine in case i had bad blocks on my Hard Drive. So you see I chopped the heck out if it and reduced the size. I will pass on your suggestions and take to the shop. Ho Hum. Yes I have Apple Care (it is a good thing).
