At the moment, I'm unable to test again, because each time I click on the "download to calendar" link on United's website a new window pops up in Firefox with the download progress bar progressively filled in at the lower right corner, but just before the download completes, an alert dialog appears saying that my secure session on the United Website has timed out. AND, I can't find any way to communicate with United about a bug in their website, which of course is typical for the customer indifference that company cultivates today.
