This is associated with a bad email address. One user reported: "I have had this happen and have been able to isolate it to a specific e-mail address I was trying to send to. In that case, that user server was down. Seems odd to me that I wouldn't just get a delivery failure message to that account but...once I removed that account from the list I was able to send.
