Entourage does not flag any outgoing messages as spam. This message must be coming from your server. Verify that you are using the correct outgoing server address along with authentication and security requirements. Your service provider may have changed these without notifying you. Or you may be attempting to send mail while not on your ISP's network. If so, you'll want to ask you service provider for instructions for authenticated sending.
