Can anyone help me?
I am experiencing frustrating problems unable to send any messages and am
constantly receiving the error 17099 telling me my message cannot be sent as
it is spam. It is not spam. None of these mesaages are spam and until a week
ago I could send them as usual. This started a week ago  and at first
applied only to forwarded messages involving 2 or more forwarding email
addresses. Now it is happening with any message I send and I can only send
messages via Safari and my webmail server dodo. I am RECEIVING  messages
fine.
The same will probably happen when I try to send this message so will have
to copy and send it via the safari/webail iption. I have tried reconfiguring
my sending settings but nothing works.
