My outgoing rules stopped working (on their own not after any rules changes). I did have a database rebuild or two, however. Incoming rules still work. I think the rules file is corrupted. I deleted all outgoing rules and then set up a single rule to send a copy of all messages to another email account of mine. It did not work. Looked at the rules file in a text editor and could not see an organized structure to repair. Is there anything else I can do before reverting to a backup or rebuilding the rules from scratch? The outgoing rules are few but the incoming rules are many and each would need to be touched because I also changed to a different email host (IMAP) in the interim.
