You are way behind on your updates. You need the 12.2.3 updater. It's big! Upgrade first! Move the Rules file out of your Identity folder and let Entourage create a new one. Only enter your outgoing rules and see if this works. If this does not work, create a new Identity and enter at least one account for testing. Now replace the empty rules file by copying that file into the new Identity. Check to be sure the outgoing rules don't need tweaking. If that file works in the new Identity then it's the Identity and not the rules file. --?
