For me the problem is perfectly reproducable and it never behaves
differently. Furthermore I get errors like these in the bug case :

usb 2-5: device not accepting address 2, error -110

Does address mean interrupt ? Maybe the irq used by the device isn't
freed by the driver on unload ? ( Being a noob with regards to the
technical side of the driver / usb ).
