Those poor kids do not have any negative karma, as I do not think that
they ever have bad intentions though they do act on impulse and
sometimes they get angry and act out of anger.
I wonder how that works out with the soul of a retarded child. Are
their souls normal people trapped inside a body that has limitations?
is that how it happens when someone has a stroke or suffers brain
damage? Are they inside their body understanding things as any normal
person but unable to express themselves do to their physical
limitations?
With the retarded children there is not much that you can do as a
substitute teacher. Since there is no interest in finding a competent
permanent Special Ed teacher we can only follow rules and protocols.
