JMJM, That's a good question.
The Buddhist monks in Thailand have not taken sides in this, at least as a group, certainly nothing like was the case in Myanmar. I haven't seen them as a large component of any sides in the demonstrations. If anything I expect they would lean towards the monarchists since they do get a lot of their authority from the king. ...Bill!
