Yes, there is the opposing Tantric view which is that by properly
engaging in sex with a woman the chi of both can be strengthened. I
can vouch that this does work!

It should be noted that at least some sects of Taoism preach that
the sexual energy should be turned inward to entend longevity if
not immortality. They view sex with women as a draining of chi
which should be retained and stored internally.
