A 10 minute session is good.  Try to make this a daily session.  It
shouldn't be too hard to carve out 10 minutes each day for zazen.


What do you do when you sit?  I mean how do you approach it?  Do you count
breathes, stare at a spot, visualize something, think good thoughts or
silently repeat a mantra?
