Its a power-point lecture discussing different types of meditation, to include: breath / bodywork, death /lovingkindness, emptiness/ shunyata and so on. Then goes into clinical applications which includes buddhist practices and zen philosophy. This may not be your primary focus, but thought I'd pass it along. Next fall, I will doing some research (study) related to mirror neurons, and will be including buddhist monks in that.
