ED,

Ok, I've found some (Wikipedia) answers, so now I'm going to sleep

Sleep is a naturally recurring state characterized by reduced or lacking
consciousness, relatively suspended sensory activity, and inactivity of nearly
all voluntary muscles.[1] It is distinguished from quiet wakefulness by a
decreased ability to react to stimuli, but it is more easily reversible than
hibernation or coma. Sleep is a heightened anabolic state, accentuating the
growth and rejuvenation of the immune, nervous, skeletal and muscular systems.
It is observed in all mammals, all birds, and many reptiles, amphibians, and
fish.
The purposes and mechanisms of sleep are only partially clear and are the
subject of intense research.[2] Sleep is often thought to help conserve
energy,[3][4] but actually decreases metabolism only about 5–10%.[3][4]
Hibernating animals need to sleep despite the hypometabolism seen in
hibernation, and in fact they must return from hypothermia to euthermy in order
to sleep, making sleeping "energetically expensive."[5]

Good night!

"Good Night" is the final song by The Beatles on their 1968 album The Beatles
(also known as The White Album). It is sung by Ringo Starr, the only Beatle to
appear on the song. The music is provided by an orchestra arranged and
conducted

Mike

Michael is a given name that comes from the Hebrew: מִיכָאֵל / מיכאל‎
(Mikha'el), derived from the Hebrew question מי כמו אלוהים? (Hebrew
pronunciation: [mi kəmo ʔelohim]) meaning "Who is like God?"[1] In English, it
is sometimes shortened to Mike, Mikey, or, especially in Ireland, Mick.
Michael is one of the Archangels.
Female forms of Michael include Michele, Michelle, Michaela, Mechelle,
Micheline, and Michaelle, although there are at least two women with the name
Michael, actresses Michael Learned and Michael Michele. Another form is Mychal,
which can either be a male or female name. Surnames that come from Michael
include Carmichael, Dimichele, MacMichael, McMichael, Micallef, Michaelson,
Mikhaylov, Mykhaylenko and Mitchell.
