Good to hear that you are safe and well. Has has your Zen practice benefitted you in this stressful situation? I wonder why I see no people in the disaster scenes shown on TV here. Also, there appears to be no signs of rescue either. I tend to get the impression that the people of Japan tend to keep their calm under the horrendous stress of this calamity.
