You're a mistaken.  I know very little about anger.  The subject of anger is 
rather complex.   I only know  its surface but not in detail and in depth. This 
is  why I appreciate a lot  any a sharing based in personal experience about 
it.  I'm still in the process of discovering its mechanics as Chris would say.

Mayka,
It appears that you have *no problems* in understanding anger or dealing with 
anger, and I think the same is the case for others in the Zen Forum. 
If anyone is uncertain about any aspect of anger and asks a specific question 
on the Zen Forum, he/she is likely to receive various responses to ponder over.
