JM,
 
Mahayana branches out into many kinds, including zen, tantra Buddhism, and 
probably also the Heart Chan you practice. So there is a lot of different 
practices. You always have difficulty claiming which one is 'the only correct 
way'. The argument can go on another thousand years, after many die and are 
murdered in the process of argument.

Dear Forum,

Do you consider "Zen/zen/your practice" a Mahayana practice?  If so, how does 
Mahayana actually practice?  What is its core teaching?
