.yes we know "all" americans portray a cardboard sterotype..however does not
stand to reason that "all" americans are superficial.
what are your thoughts on australians?...stereotyping is not a zen
practise..open your eyes, ears, and heart and start a fresh..without
prejudices..
. clear the mind and heart....and open up new territories of seeing...merle

appearances, and are no doubt in good company in your judgements.
I was speaking directly to you meditation practice. If you cannot
see the blocks you throw into you path, meditate on your words
below with an eye toward attachments - aka intentions and
expectations - aka karma and suffering...
