Howdy, Scott. Warm greetings from the hot desert! 105 yesterday, and summer
monsoon rains should begin on July 4, so here comes the humidity.
You know, the Buddha stressed the point of Impermanence, and it's with a heavy
heart that I inform you that Sanchez is no more! The several locations or
branches all quietly disappeared suddenly. I've felt bereft now for at least 7
or 8 years. I'd so love a Burrito "Sanchez-Style", which is all I used to have
to ask for, back then, for a meal that could feed TWO! I don't know what
happened. Maybe the owner of the chain died.
Anyway, Impermanence means business, and never lightens-up. I say this not
just to keep this post on-topic in a Zen forum!
Despite it all, Cheers!, safe travels, strong practice,
