The essence of all spiritual practice are the same, whether it is Chan, zen, Zen, Christianity, Islam. People discriminate each other, when they are attached to a particular path, description or practice. It's all in the head.
If we could drop our thinking cap, just focus inwardly to connect our body, mind and spirit, integrate them into one, then without words or logic, then we become one the same, because that's what we were originally.
