Right, chi is just internal energy. Everybody has it and everybody can feel it 
all the time. It is simply the internal feelings of all parts of one's body. 
Taken all together this is what is called the energy body. It is the 'real' 
body of direct experience since the physical body is a mental construct.

Chi and energy body are nothing supernatural or esoteric. Every living organism 
has it all the time. 

The secret is that every feeling, thought or sensation or consciousness, in 
fact everything at all, is also part of that but that's another story...
