dualistic and samsaric. It is only that their lack can indicate that one still
doesn't know some things.
I do think that your "finding a satisfying living method in the midst of
pervasive unsatisfactoriness" is a practice that will take you to the goal. So
there is no need for you to change. Only a need for you to do the practice well
enough.
When you can do the practice well enough, then that is enlightenment, I think,
though I could be wrong. I am defining enlightenment as the best possible
mental state given the basic laws of nature which shape consciousness. "Mental
state" won't necessarily be the same as an ordinary English definition of the
word. "nature" must be real, but it won't necessarily be the same as an
ordinary English definition of nature.
