You've made me think, Bill, here on the sidelines (ouch).
Maybe the (eventual) creation of intelligent robots is natural, too (not that
it's happened, yet, or that anyone has agreed on what is "intelligence" in a
machine).
At first I thought of the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki; but do you think
that is just sentimentalism on my part? Were they really natural acts? I hate
to admit that I suppose so. The whole war was natural. I've also watched ant
colonies fight, red and black.
Sick things that people do are natural, too: I'm thinking about cases of
"cutting", where people -- kids, mostly -- cut their flesh compulsively. I
suppose I did this when I was learning to shave. ;-)
Some people practice ritual vampirism by drinking human blood.
Some people say that Cricket is unnatural. Or, at least the rules of it.
That's the best I've come up with.
