Ghandi had an agenda. Not self-serving, but an agenda nonetheless.
Something for all Bodhisattvas to be mindful of.

Joe,
Nice. However, I'm glad Gandhi's not here to instruct me to raise any
Muslim Jihadists.. Or IRA 'soldiers'..

Mike,
I loved, too, the incident in Gandhi's life during the Partition when
a Hindu man came up to him and confessed that he, a father of several
children, was "in Hell", because he had murdered Muslims, and even
Muslim children.
Gandhi is known to have replied:
"I know a way out of Hell. Go home, adopt a Muslim child, and raise
him *AS* A MUSLIM".
And, so it was done.
