Give it seven days on a good. long retreat.
I hope you also practiced the "Morning Wake-Up" Exercises.
And the "Yoga Exercises for Chan Retreat"
And the extended Prostrations.
And the fast walking (Lin Chi style) and slow walking (T'sao Tung style).
I put all of this together and call it our "Buddhist Yoga", as transmitted by
Sheng Yen.
