Siska,

I'll miss you here, then, for the time being.

Your posts are good, always interesting to me. Don't forget that you can
always begin a new "thread" here yourself, while other threads are going on,
upon all sides.

It's often hard to be satisfied with just *reading* posts, hoping that
something interesting may come up to engage us, and to make us want to reply;
or, to hope chance that we can learn something.

But if you start a new thread, there's a chance to have some appropriate
replies before the comedians find your new "target", and irrelevant replies
begin to mount up quickly (I'm "guilty" of some of that banter, myself; so, I
know what I'm talking about). ;-)

So I guess it becomes clear when to "desert" a thread, and move on to another
existing one, or start a new one. I find, here, you've just got to be ...fast!

To "desert" the entire forum for a while is another working alternative, and
more thorough, but it keeps you away from doing your own posting. And, as I
say, I'll miss your posts. Very much.

Facebook would be entirely new to me, and, as I don't want to start any new,
big projects, I will not venture (to) there. I hope the exchanges at Bill!'s
area there are valuable and fun!

Here, I read and post only at the Group website, and not by email; Group
traffic thus does not mount up in my inbox, and using the website makes it much
easier to keep threads distinct, and to cruise them, and to do "search"-es.
Maybe you accepted that option when you signed up here too.

Wishing you Strong Practice!, as always!,
