Merle,
I'd MUCH rather see Gene Kelly dance in "Singing in the Rain" than hear or read
the som-a-b' talk about his Theory of Dance.
But he once taught me that practice, for him, is always necessary, because he
does not want anyone to hear ON-CAMERA, ON-SET, "his KNEES, creak!" He kept
himself in shape, thus, on a daily basis, and his knees never creaked.
I'll take *practical* tips from such Yogis, as Manna-from-Heaven, but Christ
knows I do not wanna hear his theories.
Because of Gene Kelly, I became a Yogi.
Hail!
The rest is History, Geog... no never mind, the list is already here, in the
records of this unfailingly august Group, this November.
