Mike,

It's onomatopoeic. And has a certain cache!

Butt... (that's a logico-technical word, like "iff", as in "sniff), I mean to
(try to) convey both the sense of, 1.) awe at the efficient and effective power
of something which is *both* a statement AND punctuation of itself; AND 2.), an
assault upon the olfactory sense, or maybe upon that *and* the auditory sense,
as well, or the funny-bone.

I'm scratching the bottom of my... Crossword Dictionary, and my Roget's (may I
*SAY* that, here?). I won't mention the three slang dictionaries (and one of
British slang, entitled: BOB'S YOUR UNCLE!)

So far, I know of no other word which gives the sense of 1.) being impressed
(or relieved?); and, 2.) revulsion or disgust, at just the same pungent instant.

I'll keep working! The dredging and sifting must continue. I'll add your
suggestion to my working-notebook. It will help me eventually (I probably will
not CREDIT you, though; you're better, anyway, to demand CASH of me, any day.
Trust me!). ;-)

What's a "Frappe"? I'm afraid to find out. I USED to think it was something
quite nice! You haven't spoiled it for me, not to worry. My memory is --
mercifully -- short, although it's good, some tell me.

Thanks for playing! Please roll again.

--Joe
