Joe, No problem. I read a review of the book and the critic was also surprised that Goenkaji was not included. I'm not. His teacher was included and knowing Goenkaji's humility, that would be enough. Kornfield (alas, my spell-checker is behaving itself now) has already written books about him as he was a student of Goenka's. Don't order the book as I saw a free copy of it on line but didn't write the URL down. Give me 10 mins.
