Merle, Just a ploy. Trying to make headlines. He wants to be famous. He tries, even though he's got nothing. It's puffery. I call it: "Puffoonery"! Many are guilty of it. For them, it's guilty pleasure, but, unfortunately, they don't know how guilty they are ...or don't care. It's all about headlines, and notice, for them. Whatever it takes is what they exert.
