You showed a prejudice against Catholics, is what I said here, based on what
you said to me about Catholicism and my upbringing. It's OK; I've let it go.
If you have more to say against Gandhi, please don't say it here. I brought
him in because of Peace.
Merton practiced Zen, with a good teacher.
Start a thread on Jung, as you like, I'm sure his thought touches on
interesting areas of Mind. I have no comments tonight.
Peru might be interesting. I've been to Lima a number of times, but only
changing planes to go further. I like Argentina because it's such a
melting-pot, like USA, and Buenos Aires is so cosmopolitan, unlike most of the
other capitols of S. America. Chile is 90 percent Spanish heritage, and a
little German, a narrow shoestring, N-S: I know Chile's desert north, and
capitol Santiago.
