Merle,

Jeffery Dahmer was a serial killer, homosexual sadist and cannibal who plied 
his trade in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (USA) during the 1980s.  He was arrested in 
1981 and sent to prison where he was murdered in 1994.

He kept his hair combed very neatly.
