hidden side of consciousness, but at the end of the day it's *their* business 
whether they do it or not - not the legislatures. Forgive me of I'm wrong, but 
in an earlier post you mentioned young people should respect the law and 
refrain from taking intoxicants (as well as not entering certain relationships
