Suresh,

I have never had an experience like that so you're correct that I don't know if 
what you and others describe is actually an OBE or an hallucination.  I've 
never seen an UFO but I know that doesn't mean they don't exist and that all 
UFO reports are false or hallucinations.

I amended my judgement to just say that whatever it is it's not important to 
zen - and even that's just in my opinion.  These kind of things are just not 
interesting to me.
