I have not personally met a person who personifies all good qualities *all* the time. When you say, "a compassionate person does not do that" I can not agree. When a person is expressing compassion he/she is compassionate...no matter how they acted before that. I have been compassionate in my life but I have also been pointless and petty and judgemental and quite a number of not so noble traits. I am a human being.
