--- Thanks for the response, it's nice to know others have had these experiences. You make a great point of the futility of seeking an explanation, it's not important why or how; it's enough that it happened. To be honest, as soon as i posted my question, it answered itself. just bringing it to other people(who could begin to understand) was enough; keeping it bottled up inside was the "torture". I feel relieved of it.
