Folks,
Hi, how are you all?
I participate in a Zen Association and I am planning to start a
new project. Basically, the objective is to obtain as much
information as possible about new members and to integrate these new
members to our association.
I have developed a very basic questionnaire and a fellow member
has written down a basic bibliography. I am also planning to create
an "begginers day", in which the begginers will have the oportunity
to visit our rural property and practice there. My intention is to
use the information obtained throught the questionnaire in order to
adapt the teaching process to the personnal profile of each begginer.
This way, I believe, the average begginer will feel more comfortable
and welcome in the association, and consequently, he/she will more
likely become a permanent member of the Zen Center.
Has anyone here ever started a project like this one?
Regards,
Francisco.
